Michelli Weighing & Measurement (Michelli) announced the acquisition of Industrial Scale & Measurement (ISM), a Houston-based provider of scale service, calibration, equipment sales, and weighing system solutions. This acquisition supports Michelli’s continued growth strategy and strengthens its ability to deliver responsive service and technical expertise across Texas and the Gulf Coast region.

ISM has built a strong reputation for dependable service and technical proficiency, supporting customers across a wide range of industrial sectors. Based in Houston, the company is a trusted partner for organizations that rely on accurate weighing systems and responsive service to keep operations running efficiently.

Founded in 1947, Michelli Weighing & Measurement provides calibration, repair, and service along with equipment sales for a wide range of industrial weighing systems and precision measurement devices.  Michelli has expanded significantly since 2024, largely driven by significant investment from Summit Park. The addition of ISM further strengthens Michelli’s service presence in Texas and supports the company’s continued expansion across North America.

Following the acquisition, ISM will immediately transition to the Michelli Weighing & Measurement brand and become part of Michelli’s growing national service network. The addition strengthens Michelli’s presence in the Texas and Gulf Coast markets while maintaining the experienced personnel, customer relationships, and technical expertise that have made ISM a trusted provider in the Houston region.
