1983
Acquisition of three Toledo Scale Co. locations
The three offices included in the acquisition were located in Shreveport, Louisiana, Monroe, Louisiana and Texarkana, Texas.
2001
Michelli acquires Aabbott Scales Inc.
The acquisition enables G.T. Michelli Co., Inc. to enter the Houston market. The Texas branch of the organization is rebranded as Abbott-Michelli Technologies.
2014
Acquisition of eight locations in the Western U.S.A.
G.T. Michelli Co., Inc. acquired eight manufacturer service locations located throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. The Western branch of the organization is branded as Michelli Measurement Group, Inc.
2017
Acquisition of Southern Scales & Controls
With Southern Scales, Inc. joining G.T. Michelli Co., Inc, our ownership team expanded to incude Bobby Feigler and Anthony Michelli.
2022
Acquisition of Bay City Scales
The acquisition of Bay City Scales enabled Michelli to further penetrate the Northern California market.
2023
Acquisition of Balance Industrial Scales Heavy Capacity Business
This acquisition enabled Michelli to expand its heavy capacity operations in Southern California.
2023
Acquisition of Brylen Technologies
The Brylen acquisition enhanced Michelli’s ability to provide precision measurement calibration services and expanded its footprint to include a location in Goleta, California.
2024
Acquisition of Pioneer Scale
As a result of the Pioneer Scale acquisition, Michelli expanded its locations to include multiple offices throughout Arkansas, Texas and Colorado.

Acquisition of Perry Scale
The Perry Scale acquisition allowed Michelli to further solidify its market share in the greater Houston, Texas area.

Acquisition of Scale South
The Scale South acquisition expands the Michelli footprint to include three additional locations in Charleston, South Carolina, Augusta, Georgia, and Savannah, Georgia.

Acquisition of American Scale
As a result, Michelli operations expand North as the company adds three additional offices to its footprint, located throughout Indiana and Kentucky.
2026
Acquisition of Greenville Scale Co., Inc.
The Greenville Scale acquisition further expands the Michelli footprint in South Carolina by adding two additional locations in Greenville and Lexington, South Carolina.

Acquisition of Total Scale Service, Inc.
The Total Scale acquisition enables Michelli to penetrate the Pacific Northwest market by adding three new locations in Idaho and Washington.
